Very professional well run shop. Extremely busy because of their quality of work. Gladys takes care of you like you’re family, her attention to detail and explaining everything assures you you are in great hands. Thank you Charlie, you know your stuff.

After doing a driveway install on my 2015 BMW 4 series (new Bilstein B8 struts, shocks and lower H&R springs) I knew I had to get a 4 wheel alignment. My car already pulled to the right from some potholes, so I called several days prior to making an appointment, (decided to drop off and stay) spoke with Ronnie (Cool Dude, knew about what I installed, gave me confidence right there) made the appointment. I wasn’t sure if they would adjust an aftermarket setup.. they did.. not only.. but I was given great direction to fill the gas tank fuel, I set the tire pressure to 35 PSI.. they said no worries we will check it, they weighted car 150 lbs, centered steering . Stop in day of (met with Gladys what a sweet heart) I was able to enjoy my coffee and bagel from DOWNTOWN BAGLES (<-- plug for them) at 1st class, they had several tables available, coffee as well.. this only made my hang out there with the free wifi more enjoyable. I'm happy I took the chance to bring my car there to be serviced. Eric and his team seem like a legit place to do business. I was given options as well for future work regarding some components on my BMW. From trolling the forums I know parts tend to wear out at that 60-90K mile range (based on driver and road cond) so Ronnie was accurate on that. I loved the vibe of the place, the friendliness.I have a big mouth and people like hearing what I do to my car so for them I'm a walking business card. I know from being in business years ago, most people will write or talk negative 100 to 1 good review. So for anyone looking to dip your toe here.. go for it. - M. I was very pleased on how they took care of my vehicle and further gaining my confidence in me returning to their shop in the future. The service that they showed me was certainly better than most auto repair shops I’ve been to before .They demonstrated competance sincerity that was very impressive to meExplained to me what needed to be done well.
