Poor customer service. Employee appeared very uninterested, as if he didn’t want to provide any assistance to me at all. Thankfully I located Premium Tire, very fast friendly service. The positive from an unpleasant experience is the relief of finding someone who exceeds in making it a much better one.

I brought my Prius in with a flat tire. 14th St. tire had the tire off, the metal stud out that had punctured the tire, plug, and reinflated/remounted in less than 10 minutes. Service is excellent, price is excellent.

Put wrong size tire on my Honda and it blew out the next day. I had to tow it to another location because they never answer their phone. What good is a warranty if you don’t answer the phone. Now we need to either tow it back there location in person and hope the do a better job, but who wants to take a chance at that. Avoid this place like the plague.
