Integrity/ honesty is down the toliet. After an online order, we were contacted by customer service rep. Claiming that we need to buy additional power packs ( each costa about 99.00) or the power recliners wouldnt work. Does it make any sense when buying a power recliners, it wouldnt work without power packs? Also shouldnt it be mentioned online upon checking out that power packs is needed? After all , we did buy power recliners and would expect it be powered up by electricity. This doesnt make any sense at all. After learning more about power packs , it is not necessary to have it but the way it was presented to me was that i would need it. I believe these people in this company are trained to hustle people outa of their hard earned $ for something unnecessary.Contacted the gentleman who told me i needed uncessart parts from customer service back and magically when i told him that i want to cancell the order, he came back with a counter offer, that he claims the manger agreed to throw in all power packs at free of charge. Hummm…. that would be 400 dollars worth of power packs. Hummmm…..The order was subsequently cancelled because i dont have the patience to play mind games as it is wrong.

Just wanted to give DOM from Guest Services some recognition. I was looking for an item that was not on the floor, after letting him know I waited more than 20 mins at a different store, he took it upon himself to go to the back and grab the item! Now that is Customer Service! Thanks again Dom for the amazing service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner of the store which is Adam is horrible,never keep up with his words and trained his staff to lie as well. I been dealing with this thief since I walked in his store. I advised you to stay away from this store, they will overprice you for the same furniture that is a lot cheaper for a different store. Stay away from this store, very unprofessional. Dishonnest and unprofessional Adam, poor customer service and lot of lies. They do a false advertisement stating there is a sale for 70% off but I got a much higher price. I am still going to fight them to update my price from $1350 which includes a bed, 2 night stands and a mirroir, however I returned 1 night stand back because the room was small. They did not update my price and it needs to be updates from $1350 to $1150. I will contact BBB and open up a claim. All they tells you is a lie, again stay away from this store. You have to call 100 times before someone picks up the phone, tells you different stories and promised to call you back which is never kept. I was told by Adam he will call me to give me the updated price which he never did. Adam who is the manager is never available neither by phone neither in person. Anytime you lucky to have someone on the phone, they will tell you he step out of the store. struggle before receiving a good items from a defected one,very hungry of money.
