I have been going here all my life. Many stores. Very, very busy area. No subway, unless you want to climb a long hill. Loads of buses, plus Metro North. Maybe because of the pandemic, but fast food places I tried this week did not have seating. Very heavy traffic. From what I read, crime may be a problem at certain times of the day, and night., altho I have not had any problems myself so far. Maybe it is sentimental for me, since I grew up and lived nearby for many years.
