Ordered a bouquet of flowers for mothers day to be delivered to another city. Gave 1 star for easy ordering online and loved how we are able to choose our arrangements. Another star for delivery being on time. Minus a star because I requested to be notified once delivered but they notified me 2-3 hrs later about it. And their online tracker is not accurate. Minus 2 stars for showing beautiful flower arrangement that I didnt even receive. This is what made it worse!! The flowers I received werent close to what I had ordered at all. Arrangement my mother received was horrible I would of done better and should of known and waited to see her to give her my own arrangement. Here are the 2 pictures, one is the flowers the website showed that I bought and the flowers my mom received. Overpriced for what I received! I wouldnt recommend 1800 flowers at all.

Completely unprofessional. After noticing I was charged again for the same amount for flowers I already had delivered the week prior. I called and tried to get it figured out and they could not find my order by the number THEY provided me on my email. After finally finding my order they said that my bank is the one who charged me twice when it clearly stated their flower shop on my bank statement. After being told “you need to handle that with your bank” I did just that. After calling my bank and filing a dispute to get my money back they explained that it was The flower shop who took my money out for a second time. The manager of the flower shop finally got back in touch with me saying it was their mistake once I gave them a call back they began to question me if I was charged the first time (which I was) once they said they would refund me that amount I told them I already took care of it and filed it with my bank. They then had the audacity to tell me that it was not necessary to do that and that it takes longer which is false because my bank gave me the money back the second I called even though it wasn’t their fault. I couldn’t believe they could even believe they could say that after telling me that it was on my banks part and due to covid money is tight and personal issues extra money being taken out of my account is a big deal and so that is absolutely uncalled for them to tell me that it is not necessary to do what i did by going to the bank even after that’s what they told me to do. Completely unprofessional and I will never be back!

My daughter ordered flowers for me for the 4year anniversary of my oldest son’s and her brothers death. She ordered them in plenty of time to be delivered on March 11th. I just got them today, March 22. When she contacted them they gave her the run around. She even tried cancelling the order after I didn’t receive them. What a joke. I would give them a 0 if I could. We’ll never use Conroy’s again.
